Marsh, Phillips agree to terms with Lions

Phillips returns for his eighth season with the defending Grey Cup champions and was eligible for free agency. The two-time CFL All-Star has 320 tackles and 31 interceptions in 126 career games with the Lions.
Marsh has 433 tackles and 23 interceptions in eight seasons with British Columbia. He earned his third West Division All-Star honor in 2011.
